Cheesy Garlic Mushroom Pots
The Recipe Ingredients
8 button mushrooms
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp butter
2 tsp olive oil
An inch cube of your fav cheese (I used Godminster Vintage Cheddar)
Salt and black pepper
sprinkle of mixed herbs
In a small pan melt the butter and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and stir together. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and mixed herbs and cook for about 4 mins till the mushrooms just start to colour.
Drain the mushrooms and add to a small pot (something ramekin size is ideal)
Crumble your favourite cheese on the top and grill for a few mins till its all bubbly and the cheese has melted and started to colour.
Perfect as a starter or just as a snack because it is ready in no time. Enjoy!!
