Pasta is a midweek staple for me. What I love about it is that you can look at what you have in the fridge and cupboards and pretty much make it into a meal. This is a great recipe for curry lovers, although it's nothing overly complicated and once the paste is made it's pretty much a case of bung it in a pan and simmering for a while .... what could go wrong! These cookies only take about 15 minutes from start to finish. You can whip them up in no time, as all the ingredients bar one go in to the mixing bowl at the same time. I love baking like this. Creamy Mushroom & Herb Pasta

First time of making this pasta dish. I had some chestnut mushrooms left from the stroganoff so thought I'd use them up with some fresh herbs in a creamy sauce - heavenly!
