I'd eaten Stroganoff many times but never made it myself, so this was a first for me. I'd stocked up with tasty treats from the butcher at the weekend including some diced beef, which was bought with something like this in mind. From Steak Burger to Meatballs

Sometimes you have to try and think a bit differently about which ingredients could offer multiple menu choices to you. Tonight, for example, I looked in my fridge and saw a lonely steak burger and thought - "what else could I do with that". I trust my butcher, so I know that the steak burger is minced steak (as the name suggests) so I started to think of other uses for it and then it came to me..... break it up into meatballs!
